About this house rental
A stone cottage in a small historic village in the Maggia Valley, just a few minutes from the ski lifts in Bosco Gurin. Surrounded by forests, hiking trails, and a river where you can swim, the village is ideal for those who love nature and tranquility. The bus stop in front of the village provides easy access to Cevio, Robiei, Mogno/Fusio, Bosco Gurin, and the Campo Valley. In addition to a few cottages, the village features an ancient church, a fountain dating back to 1859, and a mill that has been converted into an artisanal paper mill.

Nothing could have prepared us for how special and unique this location was. The home lies in a stone village on an enchanted mountain woven with waterfalls and mists. The host was gracious, has an excellent kitchen for cooking, and a special set of fireplaces to keep you warm in winter. Traveled with a small dog too, who also very much enjoyed this magical spot. We couldn't have been happier with every aspect of our stay. Perfetto!
