About this house rental

A cozy, sustainable, and energy-efficient space, renovated in 2021 with recycled and artfully refurbished furniture. An L-shaped kitchen with an induction cooktop, a small electric oven, and all the essentials for breakfast. A very comfortable sofa bed that unfolds into a double bed—it’s very comfortable to sleep on thanks to its sturdy frame. In the sleeping area, there’s a loft bed with a “French single” mattress (slightly larger than a queen) featuring a desk underneath and dozens of books across various genres to suit every taste—from novels to comics to the great classics. Adjacent to the loft structure is a wooden wall that leads into the dressing area, which then opens onto the bathroom, featuring a toilet and a very spacious shower stall. Finally, outside this magical space is a small terrace adorned with various aromatic and succulent plants, complete with a small table and chairs—perfect for relaxing outdoors and also for those who wish to smoke.

Your hosts is always willing and wanting to help. We love the place as we love markets, locals and to be of the tourist grid but still very accessible to the popular tourists hot spots. Note its in room / space is great but is in the middle of a square full of local families we loved it. Also the outside is not very pretty but its real and reflects local naples

We came by train and walked to the place. Not too far from the station. Then we walked to the scavi / excavations. About 23 minute walk from the house. Interesting loft in a vibrant neighborhood. Grandmothers looking down from balconies keeping track of little ones. The smells of dinner from the house next door. Newborn babies and workers calling out their usual cries. Wonderful working area dense with locals. What a treat. Danilo was super responsive over the phone and we were even able to wash clothes using his detergent! Really, he has thought of everything.
