About this cottage rental
Cà Mia is an old farmhouse nestled among the vineyards that, after many years of neglect, was revitalized in 2012 and, thanks to a meticulous renovation, has become a cozy vacation home.
The house is located a short distance from the town of Serralunga d’Alba in the Langhe del Barolo region, in the heart of one of Piedmont’s Wine-Growing Landscapes, an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014.
Cà Mia means “my home,” and here you can truly feel at home.
An entire house at your disposal where you’ll find peace and comfort.
The house’s spacious layout can accommodate up to 6 people:
—two double bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room,
—a large dining room with an open kitchen,
—two bathrooms,
—a beautiful covered terrace.
Outside, there is a large fenced-in courtyard with lawns, trees, and flowers,
as well as patio furniture and a barbecue for your exclusive use.
Depending on the season, some fruits (apricots, peaches, plums...) and vegetables (tomatoes, zucchini, herbs...) are available for you to enjoy.

das Haus wird mit grosser Sorgfalt gepflegt. wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl. Alles ist grosszügig gestaltet, es gibt ausreichend Raum für Erholung, das Haus liegt im Rebberg, äussere Lärmeinflüsse sind gering. Sehr toll, danke!
