The accommodation

The apartment is on a single level. The front door opens directly into the dining room, which features a wardrobe, a table for four, and a sideboard stocked with everything you need.
A door on the right leads to the living room: a sofa, a Smart TV positioned opposite it, and a huge crystal chandelier make up the few but essential pieces of furniture. To the side of the sofa is the first balcony overlooking Via Umberto, from which you can admire the square that gives the apartment its name: Piazza Vittorio Emanuele III.

To the left, however, a doorway leads to the kitchen. Modern and functional, it’s designed for preparing your favorite meals; a stovetop, oven, kettle, cutting board, knife block, and microwave are just a few of the amenities provided. You can also have breakfast right there. Opposite the sink, you’ll find two chairs and a table (special hinges secure it to the wall) that can be unfolded to serve as a surface. Here, too, a key feature is the natural light streaming in from the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, where you’ll find the washing machine and everything you need for cleaning.
From the same doorway leading to the kitchen, you can access the bathroom with a shower.
Between the living area, the kitchen, and the bathroom is a room with two wooden desks (perfect for remote workers) that separates the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have closets and balconies: the master bedroom overlooks the square, while the smaller one overlooks the inner courtyard.

All rooms are equipped with radiators and air conditioning.
