About this house rental
and olive trees. This was my great-grandparents’ land, where they tended vegetable gardens, a vineyard, and livestock. During the war, they took refuge here from Sestri Levante. Now there are about a hundred olive trees and the house that my father built 30 years ago; just above it stands the small barn. You can breathe in peace and tranquility here, far from the chaos and with a wonderful view of the valley. The house is fully sun-exposed, and all the rooms—each with spacious terraces—face the valley. A few years ago, we added a 7-meter-by-5-meter pool, which also faces the valley. It’s open from late April to late September. The stone walls and the location ensure that the apartments stay cool inside, and they’re well-ventilated—relaxation is guaranteed!
