About this villa rental
In the heart of Salento, just a few kilometers from Otranto, Gallipoli, and Santa Maria di Leuca, stands a new property typical of the rural Salento area, consisting of 4 units with star-vaulted ceilings made of Lecce stone, each completely independent and nestled in a meticulously landscaped garden setting with views of a stunning outdoor pool featuring a whirlpool and waterfall jets.
A setting of absolute relaxation.
Each unit features two comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower, and a spacious, bright dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, and everything needed for cooking and dining.
The accommodations also feature a large covered outdoor patio, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors in total relaxation.
The outdoor pool is centrally located relative to the four accommodations so that it is visible and easily accessible to all guests.
Bicycles are available for guests to enjoy pleasant rides through the Salento countryside, and the parking area is equipped with charging stations for electric cars.
Each accommodation unit is equipped with mosquito screens, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and various kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, a washer/dryer, and a smart LED TV.
The property also features a professional kitchen that will be used by a local chef to prepare delicious lunches or dinners—featuring traditional Salento cuisine—upon reservation.
