About this apartment rental
A unit in a detached townhouse within a residential complex in the town center, very close to Costa Selvaggia Beach, the Chiarone beaches, about 10 minutes from Capalbio and the Tarot Garden, about 23 km from Orbetello and the beautiful beaches of the Argentario coast, and about 110 km from Rome.
The approximately 70-square-meter apartment is completely self-contained, featuring two large verandas and a patio.
Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and mosquito screens, as well as a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and moka pot.
For each stay, guests will find a complimentary breakfast kit that includes milk and coffee capsules, cookies, crackers, cereal, tea, red berry herbal tea capsules, single-serving jams, rusks, and a single-serving of Nutella.
Also inside the apartment, you’ll find olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, chili flakes, vinegar
, balsamic vinegar, Nescafé, and ground coffee at your disposal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, a grill pan, plastic containers, and plastic plates and cups for children.
The space
The apartment is located in the center of town, very close to all shops and services, which can be easily reached by car, on foot, or by bike.
Guest access
The apartment is completely independent; the only shared area is the gate at the main entrance.
There is a second entrance and exit exclusively for guests, with free adjacent parking, leading to the back of the house—specifically to the fully equipped kiosk—and from there, you enter the house through the bedroom’s French doors.
This route is very convenient for reaching the city center in about a 5-minute walk, as well as for getting to the supermarket and other shops and services.

We stayed at this charming apartment on our way up to Tuscany after our transatlantic flight. There was plenty of space for our three younger children (one a baby; crib provided). We were able to enjoy the sea, eat amazing pizza in town, and rest. Alessandra went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcomed and comfortable. There was a severe heat wave in Italy when we arrived and she brought us brand new fans to augment the A/C units.
We had a wonderful stay, and wished we could have stayed longer.
