About this apartment rental
The 5-room apartment includes 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms in our bright and comfortable basement floor which share a common area with kitchen corner plus a fifth bedroom with an independent entrance and kitchenette on the same floor. The apartment is therefore formed by a 4-rooms unit and a studio. As mentioned, the 4 rooms unit has a common area in the basement with a dining table and seats for 10 people, a sofa and a kitchen corner with induction hobs, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle and refrigerator. A kitchenette is present also in the adjacent studio and is equipped with a table for 4 guests, a microwave, coffe' machine and refrigerator.

This property is located very close to Vatican City and as such was very convenient for much of our trip. It is not located in the middle of the tourist area so we found the area to be very quiet and not very crowded. We had our entire family with us, three generations which included a 10, 7 and 1 year old. The configuration worked very well for us. Rome was very hot during our stay and the air conditioners in each room worked very well and kept us cool at night.Francesca was very professional, responsive and helpful. She wanted us to have a great experience which we did. She also was very flexible for us on the checkout day as we were meeting other family members for breakfast and needed a longer checkout time. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The Kitchenette worked well for breakfast. We ate out for lunch and dinner and found many restaurant options. We were very happy with this rental and were glad we stayed here.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome and highly recommend this VRBO, especially for large families or groups traveling together.The location was perfect and within walking distance of many of Rome's most iconic attractions. We easily walked to the Vatican, the Pantheon, and even from the Pantheon to the Colosseum. In Rome, the walk itself is part of the adventure, with history and beautiful architecture around every corner.The apartment is located in a charming neighborhood that feels less touristy and more authentic, with plenty of restaurants where locals dine. Rather than relying solely on recommendations, I highly encourage future guests to spend some time walking around and exploring the area. We discovered several wonderful places that way and found it worthwhile to make reservations at the restaurants that caught our eye. We also found a grocery store just a five-minute walk away that had everything we needed. After initially overpaying at a nearby liquor store, we were happy to discover a much more convenient and economical option close by.The layout of this property was ideal for our family. It offers the privacy and comfort, and cleanliness of individual hotel-style rooms while still providing a charming shared living and kitchen area where everyone could gather together. They even had coffee and snacks for us to enjoy. Our children and their significant others were very pleased with the accommodations, and the setup worked perfectly for our multi-genera
