About this apartment rental
A 60-square-meter ground-floor brick apartment with a view of the pool.
A very quiet and relaxing countryside setting.
The property consists of 3 independent apartments, each measuring 60 square meters.
Each apartment is a 2+2, consisting of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a double sofa bed.
Amenities include: mini-oven, refrigerator, American-style coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, bathroom with shower stall, towels and linens, hair dryer (upon request), and free Wi-Fi.
Each apartment has an outdoor area with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, where you can eat and relax.
In addition, a laundry service is available upon request for a fee.
Outside, there is a large private garden (3,000 square meters) with a 6x12-meter swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and children’s play equipment.
Ample private, fenced parking.
Ideally located for visiting both the most important food and wine destinations in southern Tuscany (Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Chianti) and the beautiful, historic cities of northern Umbria (Perugia, Assisi, Città di Castello, Gubbio, Orvieto).
Just a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno.
In addition, for those who enjoy natural thermal springs, the well-equipped facilities at Rapolano Terme are just a half-hour drive away.

We loved the place...Marco is a very kind and friendly and easy going. The pool is clean, wazer so fresh. The location is close to camucia and cortona to go out. We had wonderful walking close to the apartment and enjoyed the nature. We will definitely return.

Marco est très discret alors que sa propriété est entretenue au cordeau (il taille, nettoie, entretien le matin tôt et sans bruit afin de nous laisser profiter au mieux des lieux.
Il sait aussi nous renseigner sur les lieux alentours, dans un anglais parfait.
La piscine est idéalement située, toujours au soleil et dans un décor de carte postale.
Le logement est suffisamment équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes pendant une semaine, propre, le linge de maison est de qualité .
Un seul bémol mais qui ne dépend pas du logement : les moustiques sont voraces en Toscane :)
