Our property, “Villa Virginia with Pool,” is located in the countryside of the municipality of San Vito dei Normanni (Brindisi), just a short walk from the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve—Carovigno—Serrsnova—Apani (BR)—and has just been renovated.
The estate is made available for the exclusive use of the guest who books it

The entire property is equipped with mosquito screens and a perimeter alarm system connected to a private security service.
In the central part of the “Country House Virginia” property, there are
—a double bedroom with a crib for children, a bedroom with two single beds, a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, an induction cooktop, a convection oven, a sink, a refrigerator with freezer, an “a_modo_mio” capsule coffee machine (provided free of charge by us), dishes, a storage closet, a dining room with a classic star-vaulted ceiling where you’ll find a double sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a hallway
Outside the “Country House Virginia” property, you’ll find

- a grilling area with a barbecue already stocked for your first grill—a concrete veranda for dining outdoors even when it rains,-guest bathroom, -outdoor showers by the pool, -laundry room, -wood-fired oven with counter space, -play area for children (playground), -large open space
Air conditioning in all rooms inside the villa. Private security, no security cameras. New furnishings. The entire villa is rented for exclusive use. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and fruit trees, the property is enclosed by a fence. Equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection
It is located in a resort area surrounded by roads and bike paths leading to the Torre Guaceto Marine Reserve and Apani.
Nearby beaches include: Apani, Pennagrossa, Santasabina, and Specchiolla
The pool is open from June 1 through October 15 for exclusive use and features a whirlpool and a current pool for pure fun.
