Tucked away in a private garden away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, the property is nevertheless close to the classic beach resort of Lerici.

Designed for privacy and comfort, the house opens onto a secluded (and gated) courtyard with shaded lounging and dining areas, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and a pool.

The house was completed in 2021 and is laid out around a signature combined entryway and living area featuring a balcony and windows offering fabulous sea views. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features both a formal dining table and a casual breakfast bar, and opens onto a large terrace with a jacuzzi and sea views.

Although the villa feels like a hidden gem, it’s only a 10-minute walk from the popular Lerici beach—long a favorite among locals, honeymooners, and the jet set alike—and the town center, where you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. The property’s location in the La Spezia area of Liguria also puts you within day-trip distance of towns like Portofino, Genoa, historic Lucca, and iconic Pisa.
