About this apartment rental
A bright apartment with a magical, unobstructed view of the rooftops of Venice and the gardens of the Biennale, located on the top floor of a historic building. Situated in Castello, a residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery and close to the heart of Venice (less than 900 meters from St. Mark’s Square). The apartment, featuring exposed beams and oak floors, was renovated in 2021 and is equipped with all the latest amenities, as well as furnished with designer pieces.
Light is the defining feature of this elegant apartment, which boasts 8 large windows. Situated just behind the Biennale Gardens, it offers an unobstructed view of the rooftops and the Venetian lagoon. The apartment consists of an entryway, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (including a dishwasher), connected via an internal staircase to a loft with a double bedroom and a living room with a workspace. There is also a spacious bathroom with a window. The entire apartment is air-conditioned with Daikin Emura Top units and equipped with all modern amenities (Wi-Fi, HD LED TV, safe, heating, and a “Nespresso” coffee machine). Please note that to access the apartment, you must climb three flights of stairs, built in a typical Venetian style and not very wide, one of which has a boat-style step.
The unit is entirely at guests’ disposal and is laid out as follows:
- entryway
- kitchen: open-concept and fully equipped with everything needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- living room: furnished with a comfortable sofa and satellite LED TV
- bedroom: with a double bed
- bathroom: fully equipped (featuring, among other things, a sink, a spacious shower, and a bidet).
The apartment sleeps 2 guests, but a third guest can be accommodated thanks to the sofa bed. Included in the price are: a small pantry stocked with basic necessities, bed linens, bath towels, disposable slippers, a bathroom set (soap, shampoo, conditioner), and a welcome gift. All utilities (heating, air conditioning, internet) are included in the price. Guests also have access to a satellite LED TV and a personal safe.

If you’re coming to Venice for the Biennale, you won’t find a better spot than this. It was a two minute walk from the front door to the gates of the Giardini Biennale. I didn’t cook while I was there, but it has everything you need to prepare some simple meals.The mattress was very comfortable, and the place was decorated with interesting furniture and art pieces.Giansergio was very kind and responsive. The instructions he sent on how to get to the apartment were excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
