Fabulous location and the hotel is a gorgeous small boutique hotel. The room was lovely very spacious and en-suite was a great size. Fresh towels everyday. No breakfast on site but you only have to walk out the door and there is many cafes for breakfast options. The owner was really helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage there after we checked out until it was time to go for our flight.
Nothing it was just gorgeous

It was clean and quite comfortable. Good value for the price.
The TV didn't work at all. Also be warned that this is situated in Old Nice where most vehicles are not allowed to access so you'd have to walk at least 5 minutes with your luggage to the closest intersection where vehicles are allowed to access.

The location was phenomenal! The room was very large and the shower was amazing! The mattress was hard, but my back prefer a softer mattress so it may be fine for others. The window has a great view of the done of the cathedral next door. You cannot reach this by car and need to walk a couple easy blocks because it is in old town. The owner is very kind.
