We were quite happy with the cleanliness and location of this property. The location was optimal for walking, shopping and dining options. Although there was only street parking, we had no problem with our 2 vehicles. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

My friend and I stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. There are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms which made the stay very comfortable. There is a great morning spot 15 min walk away called Steelcraft and a Trader Joe's less than 5 mins walk. The downtown strip was cozy and full of great food options about 10 mins walk away. Sylvia was very attentive when we had a couple of minor issues and was a great communicator and wonderful service. Highly recommend this apt for the cost and the neighborhood. Thanks again Sylvia!

Dim lights, hodgepodge of cooking pots, local parking very limited, building old, "AC" almost non existent, nothing "vacation" about the place, it was a place to stay.
