About this house rental
Our bungalow villa is perfect for your next family vacation! We are located in the Windsor Palms Community and you get to enjoy all the amenities within the community. Disney property is very close by, less than 3 miles away and Universal Parks only a half an hour away. Our villa is private and stocked with everything you need! After a day of exploring Kissimmee, come home to a relaxing home away from home. There are no neighbors in the backyard so you won’t have people looking in while enjoying the pool and patio!

Stay was perfect! The house was clean, spacious and in a great location. My kids loved the pool and its temperature. The spa was the same temperature as the pool but didn’t affect us as it was warm all day and night during our stay. We appreciated the cool a/c when we got back in each day. Furthermore, the rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful vacation home. Location is perfect. Home is as described. Easy Communication. This is our 3rd or 4th stay here. We will be returning we love this place!!

The property itself was beautiful and was easily accessible to everything we wanted. However, we were disappointed that when we arrived the AC wasn’t working. The house was at 90 degrees. It took almost two hours before we could get into contact with the host. Once we finally were able to, he contacted the management company. They walked us through a temporary resolve, but it still took several hours before the temperature was comfortable. They couldn’t send out a technician until the next day. That whole process was so time consuming, that it ruined our plans for the first of only two nights of our stay. My children were miserable trying to get to sleep that night, as if pretty much took the whole evening to cool the house down. We weren’t offered any type of reimbursement for the inconvenience, which I felt would’ve been the decent thing to do. There were also small ants that got into some of our groceries overnight. We wouldn’t book this rental again.
