Excellent, spacious, and pleasant home in a tree-lined gated community with a full range of recreational facilities (swimming pool, game room, and sports court) and complete security. The house has two floors, with four bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, including one suite. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and extra mattresses; two have dressers and one has a closet, while the suite features a king-size bed, a single bed, and a closet. There are 2 living rooms, 3 balconies, a spacious kitchen, 2 guest bathrooms, a shower, and a barbecue grill.
Ground Floor: One bedroom is on the first floor, with a guest bathroom next to it; spacious living room with a smart TV, armchairs, sideboard, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 5-burner stove, microwave, two-door refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, air fryer, electric pot, juicer, and mixer. Good-quality dishes and cookware, a balcony with a wooden table, benches, and chairs for dining outdoors, a grill, a shower, and a laundry area with a washing machine. A garden and another balcony facing the gated community, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, a cold beer, or a glass of fine wine while taking in the evening breeze in complete safety.
Upper level: 3 bedrooms (including 1 suite), living room, and a balcony with a table and hammocks.
