Blue Horizon is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo in the Sanibel complex. Incredible Gulf and Little Lagoon views from the west corner of the 14th floor. Located just across the street from the beach, with public beach access on 13th Street, only 100 yards away!

Living Areas & Bedrooms:
• Living room has access to the Gulf-facing balcony
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with dining table that seats six and three bar stools for additional seating
• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit
• Living room has a queen sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed, attached bathroom, and access to a lagoon-facing balcony
• Second primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom
• Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with an attached Jack-and-Jill bathroom accessible from the hall.
(*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)
Check-In & Parking:
• Keyless entry — no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out
• A maximum of three cars allowed. Parking passes must be purchased on-site at the 2nd-floor office: $35 each plus tax
*NON SMOKING
*MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25
*MUST CALL FOR MONTHLY AVAILABILITY
*THIS PROPERTY IS MANAGED BY BEACHES OF ALABAMA
*Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.
If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.

Clean, well appointed and great size for a family. Unit and building were fantastic and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

The place was perfect, just as listed. Clean and beautiful. The view is awesome to which made the stay even better. Thanks for the Best vacation ever.

The place was very convenient, directly across the street from the beach. Nice view.The cleanliness of the place was its only downside!! There was food and a toy under a living room chair. There was hair in two of the bathroom sinks and all over bathroom counter. And to top it off. . . We found a hair bonnet in one of the beds, so apparently it was never stripped and remade??!! We received an email on the second or third day, stating to let them know if we had any maintenance or cleaning issues. We had already washed sheets and cleaned counters by that time. Wasn’t going to sleep on dirty sheets!!
