With panoramic views across to The Remarkables from the front of the home, and a peaceful native bush reserve and year-round stream at the rear, this is a place designed for comfort, connection, and unwinding. Sleeping up to eight guests across four ensuite bedrooms, it's ideally suited to families and groups.
Warm, cosy, and beautifully equipped, the home is a welcoming retreat in every season. In winter, come home from the mountains and settle in by the gas fire with a hot drink in hand. In summer, open the doors to the balconies and breathe in the fresh alpine air.
The house is kept comfortable year-round with air conditioning, heat pumps, underfloor heating in every bathroom, and a gas fireplace in the main living area.
The modern open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area provide plenty of space for everyone to gather. Step out onto the balcony to take in those panoramic views of The Remarkables, enjoy a relaxed meal together, or simply curl up inside and soak up the warmth of the fire.

All four bedrooms feature a private ensuite with a heated towel rail and a heated tile floor. Each room also has its own balcony, heat pump/air conditioning, blackout blinds, and under-bed drawers for extra storage.
Bedding
Beds can be configured to suit your group, with one luxury super king and three luxury super king beds that can be split into singles. We provide a comfortable night's sleep with two pillows per person and high-quality linen.

We provide kitchen starters, including oil, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and various sauces. Enjoy a hot drink upon arrival, with a selection of teas and fresh coffee, plus capsules for the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Laundry

We had a wonderful stay. Clean, warm and cosy. All private ensuites for each couple was great. Spa bath was used often, even in the minus temps. Only a few minutes from town and airport. Very handy. We were a bunch of aged people with one or two ailments so stairs and no upstairs toilet were a minor issue but no issue for young thrillseekers. All in all, a fabulous comfortable place. Mountain view was stunning. Each room with own ensuite provided an opportunity for our large family to holiday together but also have your own privacy and space when needed. Spa was a bit, with beautiful sound of water trickling down the stream at the back. Stunning home with all you need! Especially if you have a baby! Amazing use of space in living area. The side chairs are very comfortable to lounge on also! Kids loved the home, adults also loved the pool table. Convenience of washer / dryer. Not to mention, amazing communication from the owner / host. Liane was such a breeze to deal with, quick at responding and lovely! Thanks for the amazing stay.

I stayed here with my 2 adult sons for 2 nights. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Very comfortable beds and private rooms. We really enjoyed having the hot tub. We cooked in both nights and found the kitchen very well equipped. We used the BBQ. The condo is quite a far walk from town so useful to have a car although the walk is incredibly scenic. We enjoyed the views of the mountains from the top floor. A very nice base from which to explore this stunning town. Liane was responsive and had alot of great local tips. Would recommend.
