About this cottage rental

Large wooded premium lot overlooking green space with no rear neighbours. 3 bedrooms & 5 beds. Comfortably sleeps 8. Walking distance to the beach & Quarry. Cozy seating & fire table on 2nd deck tier is the perfect spot for a relaxing evening, or build your own crackling fire & toast some marshmallows around the fire pit. This cottage is the perfect vacation destination! Initial resort registration fee included for your group.
The City of Port Colborne has implemented a mandatory 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) on all short-term rental stays. In addition, all short term rentals are required to be fully licensed with the City, including competion of extensive safety inspections to ensure a safe and compliant guest experience.
VRBO does not currently include the MAT in the booking total at checkout.
**A separate payment request for the 4% MAT will be sent by the owner after the booking has been confirmed**

We really enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was a huge hit with our family. The trailer had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. The patio was great for sitting dinners. The location of the trailer was great! The only thing I would suggest is giving the specific bed sizes. We will absolutely be booking again next summer!!! We can’t wait!
