About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of historic downtown Sandwich, Upstairs on Main is the perfect place to stay for a vacation in the quaint seaside town of Sandwich. The one bedroom studio is located on the second floor of a historic building which once was the town post office. It's been newly renovated and is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, historic landmarks and a 2 minute drive to the famous boardwalk beach. The studio has a queen bed, 1 bathroom and full kitchen.

The tub was slippery the first time I tried to use it for a shower. We purchased a bathmat and when we saw the host we let them know and they paid us for the bathmat. They didn't need to, but it was nice that they did! It could have went the other way if I had slipped and fell in the bathtub! Overall, cute studio, perfect for 2 people.

This was by far the sweetest little apartment in the best possible neighborhood of Sandwich village. we stayed for 3 nights, and it was incredibly cozy, charming and perfect to celebrate our anniversary. Sandwich has been a second home for us for the past thirty years and if we could pick one place to stay over and over again, this would be it. Lovely walks, close to the boardwalk, great places to eat and drink all a quick walk from the door... there's a small kitchenette where you can make your own coffee and make a meal If you want. Sandwich Village has everything nearby, and this place was the perfect spot to stay. Our host Cara was wonderful and accommodating, she has created a magical home away from home.
