About this house rental

An authentic stone watermill dating from 1650, located between two branches of the Bassanne River: the property covers 1 hectare, with a private, unobstructed view of the pool on one side and a lock on the other. The mill’s gears are in good condition and can be seen from the living room and the bedroom on the first floor. You can see the water flowing beneath the living room. There are 5 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms—sleeping 14—and 3 shower rooms. Formerly a restaurant, the kitchen is spacious and features a large barbecue, a plancha, and an 80-diameter fire pit. There are 2 tables that seat 12 each inside and the same number outside.
