The “Kaikante” apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and, with its approximately 55 m² of space, offers exactly what a real vacation needs: warmth, style, and that wonderful feeling of having arrived. Space for up to four people—ideal for couples seeking tranquility or small families looking to explore the sea.

Prime location, no compromises: “Kaikante” is situated right on the harbor edge in Timmendorf auf Poel. From the furnished balcony, the view sweeps out over the water—unobstructed, first-class, unforgettable. Here, the morning begins with coffee and the sound of the sea.
Everything you really need
Bright living and dining area with a cozy sofa nook, a fully equipped, integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms (double bed or bunk beds), a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower—and a free parking spot right next to the house. Practical in design, beautifully executed.
No Wi-Fi? That’s exactly the way it should be. The “Kaikante” is intentionally a place to slow down—here, your cell phone can take a break while you watch the hustle and bustle at the harbor, enjoy the salty sea air, and simply take a deep breath. A vacation in the truest sense of the word.

Wir waren ein zweites Mal in der Kaikante. Im August 2022. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, also buchten wir gleich wieder für 2023. Mehr Vertrauen geht nicht.

Das dritte Mal in Poel, in dieser FeWo. Wie immer fühlten wir uns wohl in der ersten Reihe am Hafen-denn In dieser Wohnung fühlt man sich einfach zu Hause. Leider war nach 10 Tagen unser Urlaub vorbei. Wir kommen wieder!!!
