About this apartment rental
Very nice one-bedroom apartment (approx. 40 m²) right on the beach with a great ocean view from the balcony. The beach and promenade are right outside the door.
Tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment with a magnificent ocean view. Only about a 2-minute walk to the beach.
The cozy living room features a sofa set and two armchairs for relaxing evenings. A flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and dining area with a fold-out dining table provide a space to unwind. There is also a double bed for 2 people (approx. 160 cm wide).
The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, and standard kitchen appliances. The refrigerator with freezer compartment is located in the hallway.
The interior bathroom features a corner shower with a glass partition, a sink, and a hair dryer. There is a separate toilet with a small sink.
The apartment features tile and designer plank flooring.
In the basement, there is a sauna & solarium, as well as a washing machine & dryer (coin-operated) for vacation guests.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. A small dog is welcome here (upon request, for a fee). The one-time surcharge for final cleaning when bringing a dog is €10.00.
You can park your car in the parking space right next to the house; bike racks are also available.
This vacation rental is accessible only via the street "Haffkamp" (near Haffkamp 13)!

Nachdem uns der Urlaub 2017 so gut gefallen hatte entschieden wir uns auch dieses Jahr wieder für dieses Mietobjekt. Auch das wir dieses Mal mit dem Hund anreisten war kein Problem! Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da, was wir für unseren 7-tägigen Aufenthalt benötigten. Die Wohnung ist nicht die größte, aber schmeichelt umso mehr mit der charmanten Einrichtung mit Kombinationen aus modernen und traditionellen Möbeln! Das Highlight ist und bleibt natürlich der direkte Blick auf das Meer! Sollten wir wieder nach Grömitz kommen würden wir uns immer wieder für diese Ferienwohnung entscheiden!
