Vacation Rental No. 06 at Haus Seebach is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
This quietly located 2-room vacation apartment is on the first floor on the west side of the Seebach apartment complex. With approximately 55 m² of living space, you’ll have a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a furnished terrace. The Baltic Sea beach is only about 80 m from Haus Seebach.
In the comfortable living area of the vacation apartment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a docking station, an MP3 player, and a CD player. A selection of board games is available. The sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) sleeps two people. The living area opens onto the furnished west-facing terrace.
The modern kitchenette is integrated into the living area. It is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners) with an oven, a dishwasher, a sandwich maker, a coffee maker, a blender, a Tassimo coffee machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed (140 cm x 200 cm) with a full-length mattress and a spacious closet. Curtains and sheer curtains are provided on the windows for privacy. Fly screens protect you from pesky insects. A travel crib with a mattress is also available.
The shower room in this vacation rental offers ample storage space. A hair dryer is provided. The entire apartment features designer flooring. A high chair for the little ones is also available. A maximum of one pet is allowed in this property!
Villa Seebach is centrally located near the beach, between the main promenade and the beach promenade in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. You can park your car in the underground garage. An elevator is available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Sie ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und man kann fußläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Boltenhagen erreichen.Zudem bietet die Region zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Erstaunt haben uns aber die Kosten für die Endreinigung in Höhe von 65,- Euro.
