Located in Alt-Westerland/Tinnum border, on a one-way residential street, this beautiful 2-room vacation apartment (approx. 43 sqm) for two people is on the upper floor of the "Witt Hingst" country house. On the upper floor is the living area with a sleeper sofa, a rattan armchair, a dining nook, a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, a radio with a built-in CD player and Bluetooth functionality, and an open kitchenette with a 2-burner stovetop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The small, cozy west-facing balcony with a table and 2 chairs is accessible from here. A shower room with a window and a hair dryer is also located on this level. The bedroom, featuring two single beds pushed together and a window, is located in the attic.
Parking space No. 9 next to the house. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A washing machine and dryer are located in a common area and can be used for a fee. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these tickets to travel throughout the entire island during your stay. Eine rundum süsse Wohlfühl-Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen, wie ein kleines Häuschen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Viertel - Alt-Westerland - mit hübschen, typisch nordischen Häusern. Das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet , sehr sauber und liegt sehr ruhig.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Discounter war in unmittelbarer Nähe.
