In winter, the snow adventure begins right at the apartments’ doorstep: ski-in/ski-out to the slopes, cross-country trails behind the building, snowshoeing, and sledding—all accessible without a car. The Ötscher is one of Lower Austria’s most snow-reliable ski resorts. And when the cold bites outside, it gets cozy inside: Some lodges feature their own infrared saunas for relaxing moments after active days.

The approximately 50-square-meter apartment features a terrace or balcony, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a living room/bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fold-out bed, or a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area is perfectly furnished for 4 people.
