"Casa Agnese Verona" is an old mill located on the banks of a small stream, with records dating back as far as 1558. Completely renovated in the 1980s, it consists of two apartments on the first floor. A self-contained apartment of approximately 80 square meters, featuring a double bedroom (twin beds available upon request), a living room with two single beds, a kitchen-dining area, and a bathroom with a tub. It can accommodate up to 4 adults. Simply furnished. Free private on-site parking.

We are located 1.6 km from the center of the town of San Martino Buon Albergo (VR), 1.7 km from the San Martino Buon Albergo train station, and 2 km from the Verona Est highway exit on the A4 highway.
About 1.5 km away is the “Le Corti Venete” shopping center, featuring numerous stores, including a laundromat, a supermarket, and several cafes.
The Verona Fairgrounds can be easily reached via the A4 highway or via the highway loop in 20 minutes.
The Verona Arena and the city center can also be reached by bus or taxi in about 20 minutes. Lake Garda and the main amusement parks are about 30 minutes away.
