Very clean apartment, no noise, loved the study desks (i was in Pretoria for an exam) instructions on the email were easy to follow and straightforward.
Loooveeeedddd the coffee machine
The gates didn't feel very safe and secure, because there's the wooden gate and then just the glass door into the apartment
I would suggest maybe putting in at least some for of burglar bars either where the wooden gate is or by the glass door.

Your room number is not marked. No room names or numbers. I didn't know which room is ours, tried to unlock the first door and a woman immediately started screaming at me. I emailed ahead to ask for a fan; one small miserable fan was available. was so hot we couldn't sleep. We booked for three people. there was a pull-out couch. This is an old uncomfortable couch. not a solid pull-out bed. a 100-year-old couch with loose cushions. I am short and my feet slept on the ground. Most uncomfortable that i have ever slept. No plugs at the mirror, no station where you can makeup and blow dry your hair. No working plugs near the mirror. Roof needs maintenance, falling apart. Almost no pressure in the shower. Very bad water pressure. Place needs serious maintenance. They fool you with the pictures. Very poor maintenance, place is falling apart. Not very safe if you are 3 women travelling alone. Definitely will not return and definitely will not promote to other people. Owners have no pride in these rooms or property. If you have R300 more rather book somewhere else. This place is not worth the stay.
