Not good service and the renting company should spend more time on checking their houses.

we got a €150 claim from the house after leaving it. First a weird claim, of damaging there dreyer, we only used the washer. then a claim for breaking a drewer in a furniture, we didn breake any furnitures int the house, but i was a run down house with several damagedes and lots of furniture that didnt function correct, as the door to the backyard coldnt be locked, the door to laundry was hanging so much so it couldnt be opened full. that being said cleaning!!, there where lefte overs in the drawer in the bathroom on 1. floor, the sewer in the shower was pluged so it couldnt be used. and more importantly we had a cockroach in the kitchen so not very clean, the door on 1 floor to terrace was almost falling out when tried opening. We where also claimed for not taking the last waste out, we did go 2 times to the rekomended place, which was 1km from the house, and left one bag when checking out., but this was aparantly to muche for the cleaners to fix!! lastly when there is 35 degres outside, we did leave the aircon on, we did expect somebody to come and rent then house after us(or alt least somebody coming at cleaning the hous) we didnt think about going around and chencking all was turned of, because it was extreemly hot outside. And we got a claim for overusing aircon and extra payment for aircon, cleaning of the garbage, and the damaged drawer, and !!!! not a nice checkout, and we will never return. thy will charge you extra for anything, so dont book

Beautiful house really well presented in a great location. Despite the issues highlighted below I would still recommend this property

The bedroom at the rear of the 1st floor and the 2nd floor bedroom need updating both with decor and beds. Not great quality. The lock on the patio door was broken and the door could not be secured which wasn't a major issue but slightly unnerving
