Not Worth the Price

Good location Free parking Netflix subscription

- Uncomfortable sofa bed - No wardrobe or proper storage space - Cold and damp apartment - Unclear parking directions - Unwelcoming attitude towards guests - Poor value for money Unfortunately, the positives are very limited, and the overall experience fell far short of expectations. The accommodation offers only the most basic amenities: a bed and a sofa that is quite uncomfortable to sleep on. There wasn't even a wardrobe to store our belongings, which is a rather basic expectation for an apartment. The place also felt cold and damp, despite the autumn weather being quite pleasant. Although free parking is advertised as a benefit, finding it was a challenge in itself. The address provided for the parking location could not be found on Google Maps, and following the navigation instructions led us to a pedestrian area rather than the actual parking entrance. It turned out that the vehicle entrance was at a different address, which should have been clearly provided in advance. What I found particularly off-putting was the approach to guests from the very beginning. Immediately after booking, I was sent a contract detailing numerous rules and financial penalties that guests would be liable for in the event of damage or non-compliance. Of course, I fully understand the importance of respecting someone else's property and following house rules. However, presenting guests with such an extensive list of penalties before they have even arrived creates an atmosphere of distrust rather than hospitality. Even as someone with no intention of damaging anything, throwing parties, or breaking the rules, I found this approach very unwelcoming. Communication with the hosts was equally cold and impersonal. When I asked whether it would be possible to extend the parking for a few hours after check-out, my request was declined without any explanation or alternative suggestions.

Great location, the rest is not bad at all. and I would go again

The location was really excellent. the apartments were very clean and relatively well furnished. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. Value for money was fair.

The registration system was a bit confusing (I got the confirmation from Booking.com, but I kept receiving reminders that it wasn't confirmed until I pay on this external site). the apartments were very basic, with mediocre foldout beds and minimal kitchen supplies.

worst ever

what a scam this was. there was supposed to be a normal bed, according to the pictures. we didn‘t see no such such thing. all there was is this old and quite frankly really used couch that will convert into a bed. we both had a horrendous night of sleep. the bed felt extremely unstable, which added to the ongoing frustration of not sleeping in a real bed. we will never go back and most certainly won‘t recommend it to anyone else. we definitely felt like we were played and would have never decided to go there if they had been upfront about the sleeping situation. also we beliebe this is higly overpriced. half of the price might have been fair, however, it seems to fit right into thei business model. i want my money back
