Overall, the experience was below expectations. located in a crowded area with limited parking area

The homestay is located in a rather congested and densely populated area. The location was not as convenient or strategic as expected, especially for guests who are unfamiliar with the area.
2. **Parking**
No dedicated parking was provided. Guests had to park along a relatively narrow lane, which was inconvenient and potentially problematic, especially when there were other vehicles or during busy periods.
3. **Safety & Security**
The overall surroundings raised some concerns regarding safety and security. Clear information about the security arrangements of the area would have been helpful before booking.
4. **Host Support**
Unfortunately, the host was not very helpful in addressing the parking and location-related issues. When guests encounter practical difficulties, better communication and assistance from the host would significantly improve the overall experience.
5. **Additional Charges**
I was also uncomfortable with the way additional charges were requested. These charges were not clearly communicated upfront during the booking process. Any additional fees should be clearly stated before guests confirm their reservation to avoid misunderstandings.
6. **Extra Charges Per Person**
Although the booking was for an entire house, additional charges were imposed based on the number of guests. This arrangement should be clearly disclosed in the listing and pricing information from the beginning so that guests can make an informed decision before booking.

I arrived at the homestay to pick up the keys. There was parking, but it wasn't big enough for my 4x4 vehicle, so I had to sleep elsewhere the first night. On the second night, I parked a bit further away and went inside, only to find cockroaches crawling around. The living room was small and lacked air conditioning. I went upstairs to check the bedroom but felt uncomfortable. My friends and I decided to look for another place, so we didn't end up staying there. I sent a WhatsApp message to the owner, but to this day, there has been no reply. Hahaha...
You really shouldn't treat people like this. I wasn't even intending to ask for a refund; I just wanted to let him know about the condition of the homestay.
If you want an experience like mine, go ahead and rent this homestay. You'll definitely end up laughing—and cursing—to yourself...
