We are really disappointed!!
Location easilly to go to town
As we arrived we noticed that there was food left in the oven , they knew we were going to be 10 persons and left us 5 towels dirty, bed sheets were discusting that we couldn’t cover ourselves as the smell was really bad. We tried to wash everything as we bought laundry detergent and the machine door wouldn’t open. We had a 4 year old kid with us that she were freezing at night as the heating wasn’t working . Really bas smell (drainage) coming out from the bathrooms while taking a shower. And the worst nightmare was when a mouse ran inside tge kids room (room number 3 ) and we ended up all night sitting on the sofa as the mouse ran in other room (room number 4) we texted the owner about the things and till today still no reply! we also texted her the first day about the food we found in the oven and she told us to leave the key in tge jeybkx
outside as the cleaners had to go to clean.. But the cleaners never showed up. Only the maintance guy showed up and took a look at the eashing machine luckily we just arrived at the house with a taxi to put our shopping bags in the house and leave again and his answe was it needs to be replaced. also he just grabbed the food grom the oven and just threw them away. We are really dissapointed as the price we paid for 3 nights we should have been threated much more better!! Especially when they knew we had kids with us.

good value for money and we had a great time
clean and tidy on arrival close enough to city centre but also far enough away from the noise at night
