The bed were so comfy and soft!
We had drainage issue on our first room but staff were quick enough to address and moved us to a different room.

The room was well presented and fitted out.
Housekeeping were very helpful and efficient.
The spa was very restful.
A bad ezpereince on our first evening with one serving staff about dress code in the restaurant. This left my partner feeling insulted and ruined the rest of our stay.
The buffet breakfast was expensive and laden with carbs.
The front desk was slow and the staff seemed unable to make decisions without reference to a hidden supervisor.
The difficult car park ans front desk access.
