Location is amazing, but however that was it. The unit is extremely tiny, would not recommend and is definitely not suit
The property is located in the perfect area
- The pictures make it seem 10 x bigger than it is
- The shower curtain rail is broken and hanging down
- The hot water in the shower lasts for around 5 minutes and it’s cold thereafter
- Burnt cigarette stain on the bed duvet cover
- The sleeper couch rests against kitchen counter, and is super uncomfortable
- Requested for maintenance team to come out and view the shower rail and fix it and change the duvet cover - but no answer as to when they were coming, we said the hot water was eventually fixed but the rest wasn’t
- Booked it as we were going to stay with friends but they cancelled as it is way too small for 3/4 people.
- The toilet if you look from low and look up towards the back it has someones dry poo which is disgusting

Esperienza deludente – struttura da evitare
Ottima posizione in quanto l'appartamento, se così si può definire, si trova tra un grande parcheggio (5 minuti) e il centro storico di Cannes che ti porta lungo la via del mare (Porto).
Purtroppo mi trovo costretto a lasciare una recensione estremamente negativa per questo alloggio a Cannes, gestito da Immogroom. Le foto online sono ingannevoli: ciò che sembrava una soluzione accogliente si è rivelato un incubo.
Spazi invivibili: l’appartamento è minuscolo, ma il bagno è il vero disastro. Due metri quadri scarsi, impossibile girarsi. La doccia è talmente piccola che le tende in plastica morbida (quelle che si appiccicano addosso) rendono l’esperienza sgradevole. Lavabo microscopico, sanitari scomodi. Mi chiedo come sia stata concessa l’agibilità a un bagno del genere.
Pulizia carente: polvere ovunque, sia nella camera che negli spazi comuni. L’ambiente trasmette trascuratezza.
Insonorizzazione assente: si sentivano chiaramente le conversazioni e i rumori provenienti dalle camere adiacenti, come se gli altri ospiti fossero nella mia stanza.
Richieste assurde al checkout: oltre al disagio vissuto, al momento della partenza viene richiesto di lavare i piatti e buttare la spazzatura. Mai vista una cosa simile in anni di viaggi. Mi sono ritrovato a pulire i bicchieri come se fossi in ostello, ma a prezzi da hotel.
Ho allegato alcune foto scattate con il grandangolo: se già così lo spazio sembra angusto, immaginate la realtà. Mi dispiace scrivere questa recensione, ma credo sia doveroso avvisare i futuri clienti. Il prezzo pagato non è assolutamente giustificato. Struttura pessima, da evitare.
