A health hazard cosmetically packaged as a ‘one-of-a-kind destination.’

Location

Nothing about this place remotely justifies the €530 we paid for eight nights of misery. The only reason we chose this property was its proximity to Hospital Monza, because I needed to stay close with my wife. We were given the first floor. As soon as we entered and actually inspected the apartment, it was immediately obvious that the place had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new guests. The bed sheets appeared unchanged. There was dust everywhere. The kitchen was filthy. The dish washing sponge was disgusting, and there was barely any dish washing detergent. The oven was an absolute nightmare. The beds were dirty, the pillows were yellow and visibly unhygienic, and the covers did not appear to have been washed. And that was only the beginning. We also had to endure extreme noise from the down floor, including during the night.A nasty lady with obscene language. We complained and initially received absolutely no response. We repeatedly tried to get someone to address the problem. Days later, someone finally responded and essentially told us that they do not enforce any quiet hours. We were also told that the upper floor, where there is a jacuzzi, is primarily used for short-term encounters and sexual activity. Whatever people choose to do in a property is their business. What is absolutely NOT acceptable is allowing those activities to turn the entire building into a place where other paying guests cannot sleep. At around 2 a.m., the ceiling was literally shaking from the noise, and the disturbance could be heard throughout the apartment. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was completely unacceptable. Then there was the internet. Two entire days without internet. We complained. Again, nobody bothered to respond. On the day we were leaving, we asked a simple question: where should we leave the keys?No answer, until booking.com did not contact them, they did not answer. The hygiene situation was bad enough, the presence of bugs/insects ....

We went to Bucharest to have fun and we did it. But it would have been more comfortable without cleaning the bathroom an

We spend 2 nights there. The location was perfect to the stadium where was the concert we wanted to see. 5 min walk to the mall and the stadium. Spacious rooms, one big terrace and proper air conditioner. And the number of the address is 8, not 1.

The apartment needs to be cleaned up. Everything needed to be washed. We had 2 sheets for 4 people. I wrote the land lady but she said there are some in the wardrobe. I wrote again that there are only 2 left. No answer. We used the towels instead of sheets because we brought our own towels. The sofa isn’t comfortable for sleeping at all.

Good price, quiet and very close for shops.

Everything was perfect. 😊

The area was really quiet, the house was clean and the mall was really close.
