Would not use it again.

The shower bathroom was ok. The unit in living space ok.

The furniture needs updating settee broken with dirty stains plus cover dirty and bedding not big enough. The dining kitchen area no space to do anything. No window in bedroom that could be opened. Wardrobe space not big enough. Furniture outside dirty and old plus lots of rats droppings all over every day. Doors/gates difficult to open/close. The photos on the website are very old compared to what the apartment is like today.

There wasn't anything to like about this apartment. The location of the complex was great.

Certainly — here's a clear, professional, and firm version of your review, suitable for a booking platform: Unsafe and Misleading – Not Suitable for Families The apartment was nothing like described in the advert. Its location within the complex was extremely poor — on the ground floor at the very back, with the terrace opening directly onto a back alley used by nearby bars and restaurants which utilised this space for rubbish storage. We were told to access the apartment via this alley and terrace, where a group of men were loitering. As a woman traveling alone with two small children, this felt incredibly unsafe and immediately made us uncomfortable. Security was nonexistent the terrace was fully accessible to the public, with no monitoring, and anyone could easily climb over. There was even an active rat trap on the terrace, which appeared to have caught something. The area was unhygienic and dangerous, with a leaking air-conditioning unit making the floor slippery, a broken terrace door handle, and a bucket placed to manage a leak. Inside, basic amenities were missing we had no bowls and very limited crockery. The linen was worn out and dirty. I notified the host immediately and made it clear I was planning to leave as soon as I found an alternative. We left after three nights (out of the 11 booked) once I had secured safer accommodation. Despite this, they refused to refund the nights we didn’t stay. I later discovered that other guests were using the apartment during this time, which makes the refusal even more unreasonable. Communication with the hosts was erratic and unprofessional. I was met with passive-aggressive and sometimes insulting responses when I tried to resolve the situation. There was no compassion or willingness to take responsibility for the misleading listing and unsafe conditions. Even before check-in, things were disorganized.

It was very central.

The kitchen utensils are sparse - 3 mugs, no cereal bowls and one teaspoon, the kettle and toaster didn’t switch off on their own and the tv remote needed new batteries - none in apartment. Although suitable for 3 people, once the sofa bed is pulled out, there is very little space in the kitchen/living area and no wardrobe space in living area for the person sleeping there. Outside furniture dirty.
