The hotel boasts a wonderful location; the famous street with train tracks and various cafés is just across the way, a lake and city park is across the street on the left, and there’s also a supermarket nearby that accepts Visa cards alongside with many cafes nearby. The owner is a fantastic, responsive, and friendly person—always ready to offer advice or help with any questions or requests you might have. I highly recommend this place; it’s a quiet, cozy spot located basically in the very heart of Hanoi.
Maybe I'd love to have a personal hairdryer or fridge in the room but it's absolutely optional for the price and location this hotel offers, everything else was great.

Lovely stay, good AC, very helpful host who even took me to a local laundrette on her bike for a better price for me!
