We booked a stay at hotel Jaswant Palace. The property is located right next to the Jaisalmer fort at a walking distance from the fort, the havelis and the local market. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant, which was closed, but, the host Ganpat arranged food and we didn't had to go anywhere to find something. The staff is also very supportive. Moreover, his friend Ghazi, the auto driver is also a very nice guy he helped us with local city sightseeing to Bada Bagh and Gadisar Lake. Overall, it was a fabulous experience.

We stay at hotel Jaswant Palace and we met Mr Ganpat Ganpat bhai is very nice person organise desert tour for us. It was amazing jeep Safari camel and he also organising stargazing it was awesome. We have bon fire. We have dinner on the dunes. thank lots to the Ganpat and his team and hotel just near to the Fort of Jaisalmer best view from the rooftop restaurant if you are staying on the rooftop in evening time after sunset, amazing view of the Fort, where is silent and room is very clean. Especially bathroom is very clean and Staff behaviour is so good. Always. They take care. Always there available. If you need anything. They always ask you and so nice. my train was at midnight so they also drop me at night time. Really appreciate it and thank you so much and highly recommend for family

The location is beside the fort. Parking spaces are open to all.
No restaurant is there. Not similar to welcome kit as shown in the website.
