The room was nice and large, it was clean and there were tea making facilities, an iron, a safe etc. There was a good supply of hot water and the shower pressure was good. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Room service was quick and the food was decent. For the price of approx. 12k for 2 nights it was definitely worth it.
There was only 1 towel provided, no hand towel and the towel itself was very old and grey-ish. Its obviously a hotel that hosts quite a few parties and weddings and although the music stopped at 11pm as promised, it was very noisy up until that point. The breakfast was very disappointing - a case of trying to provide too many options and the resulting quality is very low. Less options but a higher quality would be better. The breakfast buffet options were particularly unappetizing.

I enjoyed the stay at the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast options could have been better. Looked like most of the menu were repeating every day. Having mentioned that, there is absolutely no issue with the taste or quality of the food.

Good selection at buffet breakfast. Had dinner at Blue Salt & Coffee restaurant. The choices were good. The service by Ms. Chandni, Ms. Esther & Mr. Sohan was absolutely great. Ms. Chandni went out of her way to ensure that we had a great dining experience.
The housekeeping service at the hotel has lot of scope for improvements. The rooms were not cleaned even pretty late in the day. The hotel has shortage of towels. The housekeeping team is not able to replenish towels when they clean the rooms. They take away the towels, wash them and then replace them much later.
