Decepcionante

La ubicación en una zona tranquila junto al bosque. Que toda la casa estuviera en la planta baja. Que cada habitación tuviera un baño con ducha. La amplitud de la sala de estar-comedor-cocina. El porche con mobiliario en el jardín- terraza. La facilidad para aparcar en la misma puerta. La dueña atendió nuestras quejas sobre la falta de limpieza ( envió a una persona a limpiar varios elementos de la cocina, aunque no fue suficiente). También repuso las sartenes y algunas cacerolas que pedimos. Cambiaron la colcha sucia de una de las habitaciones. Trajeron las alfombrillas de ducha que pedimos.

La casa estaba muy sucia, con mucho polvo y falta de mantenimiento. Cocina: campana extractora goteando aceite, horno muy sucio, lavavajillas con mucho moho ( la limpiadora no pudo eliminarlo a pesar de intentarlo, y estuvimos fregando a mano toda la semana), dos cafeteras sin limpiar y con restos de café, sartenes deterioradas (una con óxido y otra quemada), falta de menaje de cocina, tabla de cortar muy deteriorada, no había bolsas de basura ni trapos de cocina. La puerta de entrada a la casa y la ventana a su lado no tenían cortina, quedando a la vista toda la zona común de salón comedor cocina. Zona del salón comedor: mucho polvo, sofás sucios (pedimos sábanas para taparlos y las trajeron), alguna silla con pegotes de comida, mando de TV con pilas gastadas. Habitaciones: suelos y muebles con mucho polvo, arañas y telarañas, uno de los colchones de cama grande era de mala calidad y tenía la sábana bajera más pequeña que lo que necesitaba saliéndose los puntos de ajuste fácilmente, una colcha sucia, en lugar de armarios había estructuras tipo " burros" para la ropa y algún estante. Baños: ninguno adaptado para movilidad reducida, papeleras sin bolsas y una con basura (un pañal infantil sucio), suelos y muebles con polvo y restos de basura, duchas con moho y suciedad, teléfonos de ducha para cambiar, no había alfombrillas de ducha en ningún baño, una manilla de puerta de un baño desajustada, un baño con el desagüe que no tragaba bien, otro baño con muy mal olor que no se quitó en toda la semana que estuvimos.

Estancia cómoda y agradable.

Muy accesible y cómodo sobre todo si vas con niños/as o con personas con movilidad reducida. Que las habitaciones tengan su propio baño también es un punto positivo. Amabilidad de la propietaria.

En uno de los baños no había calefacción y en estos días de frío, apenas pudimos utilizarlo, aunque habiendo más baños tampoco nos supuso mucho problema.

Muy accesible y cómodo sobre todo si vas con niños/as o con personas con movilidad reducida. Que las habitaciones tengan su propio baño también es un punto positivo. Amabilidad de la propietaria.
