I had a wonderful stay! The property was lovely, and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and all the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily recommend this place to others!

Breakfast was very good, hosts were excellent, friendly and helpful and very keen to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Location was ideal especially with the gated access from a security point of view. Foxes in the garden whilst having breakfast in the conservatory was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.
The bathroom was a little compact but nonetheless perfectly adequate for our needs.

Summerfields is Hastings hidden secret. It is in a quiet location well away from the road just outside of Hastings WITH PARKING The owners are delightful and offer a friendly, caring and personal service at all times. The rooms are comfortable and look out onto countryside and all the services are fine. Tasty breakfasts are served at table in an intimate conservatory and foxes (outside!) are regular visitors in the morning!! I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay as it really felt like a home from home!! I heartily recommend it !!
It is worth mentioning that the hosts do not accept bookings from those with babies or dogs which won't suit everyone but it does guarantee a very peaceful night's sleep free from crying babies and barking dogs.
