Great location near bus stop. Room clean.
The host replied very fast when I sent messages.
Five rooms with two showering rooms. There is no waiting time for shower when I stay.

it's at the center so most of the tourists sites and museums are within walking distance. i am sharing thwle whole apartment with just 1 person but it felt like i have the whole unit for myself as i did not see most of them.
the staff would notify me when there is an aurora sighting so that was a bonus point.
check in and check out are pretty easy.

The house was fully furnished with more than I expected! It is super close to the city Centre and all major tourist points. Even the Fjellheisen Cable Car and Tromsø bridge and Harbour are very close. So it is easy to walk wherever.
The house was also spacious and comfortable. All amenities were provided, I was surprised to even see a washing machine and dryer!

the location was absolutely perfect.
right after cleaning the hostel was very very clean.
there was a lot of info about tromsø available and recommendations. there’s free food in the kitchen for you to use, it was a very nice detail.
the are lockers in the rooms, but they are so small that not even a cabin bag fits, so you have to leave it there openly.
the luggage space for before/after check-in/out is really just the space after the stairs before the flats where the rooms are.
the showers have no delimitation so the water flows kind of all over the bathroom and they are super small.
there are no keys for the rooms or flats at all, only the code for the building. it was okay as tromsø is very very safe but it doesn’t feel as safe as you’d wish that anyone that’s staying in the hostel can come into your room even when you’re sleeping or that anyone that’s stayed before (idk how often they change them) could enter too.
the curtain on the upper bunks shields you more or less from the rest of the room for privacy but light still enters a lot from above.
