Worst place I've ever stayed!!!! Don't rent that piggy! rotten place!
We arrived and there was a lady waiting for us, she came in, showed us the small place and then gave us a paper to sign… we questioned what we were signing, and she said it was normal, but this is not normal and we never signed anything when we rented through booking , she didn’t give a good answer and didn’t give us a copy, we signed something we didn’t know what it was… we arrived late and it was time to sleep and rest… then all the problems connected… my husband was locked in the bathroom because the lock simply it was broken, hollow and fell... after a lot of stress we managed to open it... and when he went to touch the lamp next to bed to turn on the light in the room... but a inconvenience... He took a terrible shock and we were very scared, the house is in a deplorable state... that wasn't enough… when I went to bed guess what… the bed, the towels, the pillows and everything you can imagine had a horrible rotten smell of wet dog mixed with dirt… I don't know how to define it, it was so bad, that it gave me a huge headache and an urge to vomit, that was not enough, the bed is low and there are two mattresses, there is no double bed as in the advertisement, there is no comfort, nor hygiene, and from the shower the water almost doesn't n come out , broken locks , humility and stench everywhere. When we called this lady anyway, she said that unfortunately she couldn't do anything… after we insisted a lot, she sent someone the other day with some sheets and guess what, rotten again, worse than the first one… stinking too much! unable to stay in that xiqueiro.
Unfortunately we had more expenses and we had to look for another place… this place was too rotten and out of the orders!
Booking from this lady and her announcement is a big trap. and end of our vacation and our peace!
