The location was excellent, the staff was welcoming and very friendly, the room was neat and clean.
The mattress cover, although comfortable could have been softer, and some of the sheets had small holes. Overall not a deal breaker by any means.

They have free tea and coffee. With a microwave oven for guests to use 24/7 . Staff very helpful and friendly anv speak and understand English … it is on the Buda side right next to Buda castle e and a short walk to the bus and Metro line which are free for people over 65, sswhich is really great !!!!! There is a SPAR grocery store close by . Small wall frig in room . They will store your luggage for you if you arrive before check in time or you have a late flight out . AC works great is very quiet and bath fixtures are all very modern . Tap water is drinkable too .
It is right near the Castle Hill tunnel which acts like a megaphone for motorists ( and especially motorcyclists) who like to race in it at night to see how loud they can get ! VERY !!!! Am glad l am a very sound sleeper ! Complimentary earplugs are provided for guests . No complaints about anything else . I felt safe and secured there at all times . I

The parking they advertise as cheap is actually located 4 km away from the accommodation. The parking costs approximately €16 per day, which is far from cheap, especially considering the distance from the property. This information is misleading and should be clearly stated in the listing.

Nice size room but no storage space at all. Coffee lounge was very well supplied with all sorts of drinks and even cookies sometimes
Very stained bedroom carpet. Hotel said they had arranged a taxi to pick us up from the train station but it never arrived. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Very small reception area.
