The apartment was in a good location.
It was clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Lid to the toilet was missing in one of the bathrooms

Clean and close to the tram and metro stations. There are a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, coffees nearby.
Host was very responsive and nice.
The location is good, but it’s a bit noisy - a lot of ambulances with sirens on passing by day and night. No air conditioning.

Comfortable bed, elevator, large apartment, decent kitchen
Host required me to pay city tax in cash and did not inform me until the day before check in. In their message they said “ Unpaid city tax will be reported to Booking.com and may negatively affect your guest profile”. I did not have any cash as I am only in Prague for two days and majority of places use credit card. The ATM charges a 125 fee to withdraw 200 and also I had to find a convenience store to make change, then I had leftover cash. So having to pay this 100 fee in cash is extremely inconvenient.
Also they provide three keys to enter the property but none of them are labeled so every time you have to try each key . They should take the time to label the keys.
