Lovely apartment and great city marred by the host not simply apologising about a mistake she’d made

This was a spacious apartment that provided everything we needed for a three day stay. It was comfortable and a great space to explore Bologna.

On a final day, we found ourselves in a situation not of our making. When we arrived, Sabrina guided us into the first parking spot near the entrance, number 3. On our final day, we returned to find the space occupied and had to park our car in a space adjacent to the space allocated to us. We shortly found ourselves embroiled in an animated discussion with 4 lots of neighbours, one of whom banged on our window to call us out of the apartment. Sabrina arrived and claimed that we had been allocated a space 50 yards away that we were unaware of and continued to claim that we had never allocated the original dot, despite the fact that she had personally guided us into it on our arrival. Being reasonable, we moved the car to the alternative space. But Sabrina’s management of this situation left us disappointed as we had an unpleasant dispute on our hands with the neighbours and were basically accused of lying about the parking space in front of a number of people.

Perfect apartment. Would stay again.

Great host, who went the extra mile for us. Easy on site private parking. Reasonable bus service into the city centre.

It was clean and had parking and had everything in the kitchen for cooking your own meals

Private parking

Bedroom downstairs no windows got pretty hot and only had a fan and in the booking stated iron and drying rack. There wasn’t one and had to ask for it. Was brought to me and the iron was dangerous the cord was showing the wires. I would have liked a sofa in the bedroom as there was plenty of room for one

Great place to stay

Sabrina was such a lovely host! Her kind approach is unforgettable! The apartment is spacious and has literally everything you need. Bus will take you to the centre of Bologna in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend to stay!

Letto e cuscini comodissimi!
