L'emplacement de l'appartement,la chambre spacieuse et calme, l'espace global du logement et son agencement, les diffuseurs avec plaquettes anti moustiques mis à disposition par les hôtes.
Les moustiques (mais les hôtes n'y sont pour rien!) , la climatisation ne semblait pas fonctionner dans le salon si utilisée aussi dans la chambre.

Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, letto matrimoniale molto comodo.
L'unico motivo per cui non ho dato 10 è perché la ventola in bagno non funzionava. Nulla che non si possa sistemare ;) quindi consiglio assolutamente!

• Fully Equipped: The apartment has all necessary amenities.
• Clean: The apartment is very clean.
• Extra Child’s Bed: An additional bed for a child is available.
• Bidet: There is a bidet in the bathroom.
• Washing Machine and Dishwasher: Both appliances are available.
• Shutters for Darkness: The windows have shutters that provide good darkness.
• Comfortable Bed: The mattress and pillows are of good quality.
• Tram Sounds in the Children’s Room: Trams can be heard in the children’s room, but my son loves them, so it was fine for us.
Disadvantages
• Dirty Sofa: The sofa was dirty.
• Very Slow Internet: The internet speed is very slow.
• Microwave Not Working: The microwave does not work.
• Cigarette Smell: There is a cigarette smell in the apartment.
• Leaking Shower Head: The shower head was leaking badly, but it was replaced the next day.
• Bathroom Fan Not Working: The fan in the bathroom is not working.
• Extra Charge for Towels: There is an additional charge for towels.
• Fine for Unwashed Dishes: There is a notice of a 25 euro fine for unwashed dishes, which is confusing since there is a dishwasher in the apartment.
• Limited Toilet Paper: Only one roll of toilet paper for two people for three days.
• Complicated Lighting: The lighting is complicated to operate and requires time to figure out the switches.
• No Cutting Board: There is no cutting board, and the tablecloth was already cut by someone.
• Needs Minor Renovation: The apartment needs a light cosmetic renovation.
• Coffee Machine and Dishwasher Without Supplies: There is a coffee machine and a dishwasher, but no capsules for the coffee machine.
