Lovely location, charming area close to great places to eat and drink. 5mins from metro.
Quiet street as dead end; nice view from balcony.
Very comfortable bed in bedroom. Shower good pressure and water hot.
Host who met us was really friendly and nice. Good communication for meeting to exchange keys.
Nice welcome packs and toiletries provided.
WiFi excellent.
Thin walls to next door apartment.
Sofa bed okay for one - would not be for two (if this is offered). No extra pillows for sofa bed.
Couldn’t find ironing board.

Great location in old town Madrid. Walking distance to all old town places. Place is so comfortable I could stay long term.

the location was excellent. The balcony was nice to have. The separate living area with sofa bed was convenient since I snore. Having a kitchenette was good
The check in experience was stressful. I HATE meeting someone at the property to let me in, especially when they are not responsive. There should be a lock box or code entry. When they arrived, they only had one set of keys and had to come back the next day to drop off the other set.
The host company didn't respond to questions prior to the stay, and when the air conditioning wasn't working, no one answered my call at the help number given. The only way to communicate was via booking.com messaging and that was slow
The air conditioning didn't work the first night - I spent all night trying to get the settings to work (the dial had all markings worn off so I didn't know if I was turning it on or off) only to learn the whole building had no air. I got no sleep that night
The watered down shower gels were cheap. The shower had a dispenser, but it wasn't filled so they provided small bottles
The kitchen had no dishwashing liquid or towels to clean up
