Schöne Wohnung, leider überschattet vom Verhalten des Eigentümers bei der Abreise
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Aussicht ist wirklich schön und die Lage eignet sich sehr gut für Ausflüge im Zillertal.
Leider wurde unser Eindruck nach 13 Nächten durch das Verhalten des Eigentümers bei der Abreise vollständig überschattet.
Gegen 10 Uhr waren wir nahezu abreisefertig, das Gepäck stand zum Hinuntertragen bereit; einer Angehörigen der Besitzerfamilie hatten wir kurz zuvor gesagt, dass wir gleich weg seien. Gegen ca. 10:02 Uhr betrat der Eigentümer dennoch die von uns noch genutzte und noch nicht vollständig geräumte Wohnung, ohne dass wir ihn hereingebeten oder dem Betreten zugestimmt hatten. Unsere Familie einschließlich der Kinder befand sich noch darin. Er wirkte auf uns sehr aufgebracht und wiederholte sinngemäß mehrfach im Befehlston „10 Uhr, raus!“
Uns wurde dabei mehrfach gesagt, dass die nächsten Gäste bereits gegen 11 Uhr anreisen würden - obwohl uns als reguläre Anreisezeit 15 Uhr genannt wurde. Eine verbindliche Check-out-Frist von 10 Uhr war uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt worden; sie war weder in unserer ursprünglichen Buchungsbestätigung noch in der in der Wohnung ausgelegten Hausordnung angegeben und wurde uns erst nach dem Vorfall ausdrücklich genannt.
Um 10:18 Uhr war das Auto bereits vollständig gepackt. Als wir anschließend im Eingangsbereich ansprachen, dass wir einen solchen Umgang noch nie erlebt hätten, rief der Eigentümer erneut laut „Raus!“ und drängte uns mit Nachdruck zum Verlassen des Hauses. Sein Verhalten kommentierte er dabei mehrfach sinngemäß mit „Das ist mein Haus, meine Wohnung!“
Wir empfanden diesen Umgang als respektlos, entwürdigend und für uns sowie unsere Kinder sehr belastend.
Weitere Punkte:
- Die Sprühöffnungen des Geschirrspülers waren teilweise durch sichtbare Ablagerungen verstopft und mussten gereinigt werden
- Die Reinigungsanzeige der Kaffeemaschine leuchtete bereits seit unserer Anreise. Erst nach wiederholtem Hinweis wurde die Maschine gereinigt.
- Bei normaler Benutzung der Gefrierfachtür löste sich außerdem ein Teil der Halterung und sah bereits deutlich verschlissen bzw. vorgeschädigt aus.
