Location , near to the main attraction
Somebody knocking at the door , 1 am. While all of us sleeping. The front desk staff give the same key of our room to new customer. We were very shocked. Front desk staff deny that was their mistake. So disrespectful. Bad experience for my family. Will not repeat to stay at this hotel next time.
